If your waistbeads are broken within 7 days. You may reach out via email and please provide pictures. We will provide the tools needed for shipping, and replace your waistbeads.
If your waistbeads have stretched out, or need any type of repair please send email with following :
- Take pictures
- provide waist measurements
- Explain the reason and needs for repair (this will help us determine if we need to switch strings )
- If you would like any minor changes or any add ones please explain.
